With the recent migration of the forum to a new server some settings were left out. This has caused the forum internal email function to not work and therefore some new users couldn't activate their accounts.
The problem has now been fixed and if you are somehow reading this post on the blog, do please re-register yourself again. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
