SPOT the BMW X5
Wonder if you guys can remember the case of the Shuanghuan Automobile "CEO", which was barred from being displayed at the Munich Motorshow, due to its near exact copy of the previous generation bmw X5. The head of the company was so proud and confident about the whole thing, he even went as far as saying that the he was very happy with the extra publicity(although negative).
basically, a court in italy ( i suspect a neutral arbitration court), ruled in favour of Shuanghuan against BMW on the case of copying.
